Jalan
perumahan rosak akibat lori muatan berat
Miri – Lori muatan
dihargai.

land reclamation process for building of new development in the area through
residential road at Da Sing Park Miri-Bintulu road in Lambir area causing the
residents live in uncomfortable situations.
The residential
population of the area complained to us that their residential road is damaged
and dusty due to the trucks carrying soil. It is estimated that between 70 to
100 trips trucks carrying soil in their neighborhood according to residents of
housing there.
Populated areas
dusty as a result of soil fall out and the safety of the population is also not
assured, especially young children who play in the housing area.
The housing
residents had expressed these concerns to Miri City Council (MCC), but no
action so far. The parties concerned should act immediately to address this
problem from prolonged for the safety of the residents there.
PAS suggested that
the damaged road paved immediately and the developer who runs the land
reclamation activities should use the main road and not using the road in a
residential area for any activity taking soil.
We also urge the
authorities should be concerned about the safety of residents in the
neighborhood and also the health of people who are facing problems as a result
from the issue of heavy cargo trucks passing through their road.
We hope this issue
can be resolved quickly so that the neighborhood can live there peacefully from
dust pollution, noise and road damage. Cooperation with the relevant
