Hakim menarik diri dari
pendengaran kes tanah NCR
MIRI – Hakim
Yang Arif Lee Heng Cheong mengambil keputusan mengundur diri dari meneruskan
pendengaran kes Tanah NCR Kampung Haji Wahed pada hari khamis lalu. Tindakan
beliau disambut baik oleh penuntut Tanah NCR demi menjaga integriti dan maruah
sistem kehakiman yang diamalkan dalam negara ini.
Hakim
baru bakal mengendalikan Kes Tanah NCR Kampung Haji Wahed, Miri pada tarikh
yang lain. Tarikh perbicaraan akan ditetapkan semula kemudian. Kes ini sudah
mengambil masa lebih dari 4 tahun tanpa
sebarang penyelesaian. Semua pihak yang terlibat mengharapkan kes ini dapat
diselesaikan secara adil dan telus oleh hakim yang baru dilantik nanti agar
semua pihak yang terlibat dapat menerima keputusan dengan baik.
Pihak
Plaintif / PEWARIS / Penuntut / Penyokong yang sentiasa mendoakan agar kes ini
dapat diselesaikan secara adil sentiasa hadir semasa sesi perbicaraan diadakan.
Mereka
sangat berharap agar kes tanah adat atau Tanah NCR Kampung Haji Wahed yang
mengambil masa bertahun-tahun ini dapat diselesaikan secara adil dan telus
kerana selama ini banyak tanah adat mereka telah diceroboh oleh pihak-pihak
pemaju tanpa sebarang pampasan yang sewajarnya.
Mereka
mahu tanah adat datuk nenek moyang mereka dikembalikan semula agar mereka dapat
mengerjakan tapak untuk bercucuk tanam dan membina tempat kediaman mereka
dengan selamat.
PAS
mengesa pihak pemerintah dapat memberi perhatian dan tindakan sewajar terhadap
isu yang dihadapi oleh penduduk asal ini agar dapat diselesaikan secara adil
dan saksama.

The judge withdrew from the
hearing of NCR land
MIRI – The
Honourable Judge Lee Heng Cheong decided to withdraw from the proceeding in the
case of NCR Kampung Haji Wahed on last Thursday. His action was well received
by the claimant for NCR land in order to maintain the integrity and dignity of
the judicial system which is practiced in this country.
The new
judge will handle the case of NCR Kampung Haji Wahed, Miri on another date. The
hearing date will be set later. This case has taken more than four years
without any solution. All parties involved hope that this case can be resolved
in a fair and transparent by the newly appointed judge later so that all
parties involved can receive with a better results.
The
Plaintiff / PEWARIS / Claimant / Supporters who always pray that this case can
be resolved fairly is always present during the trial session was held.
They are
very much hope that the case of customary land or NCR land Kampung Haji Wahed
which took many years to be resolved in a fair and transparent as all this
while many of their traditional land has been encroached upon by a third-party
developers without proper compensation.
They want
the lands of their ancestors are reinstated so that they can work on the site
for farming and build their homes safely.
PAS
urged the government to pay attention and appropriate action on issues faced by
the original inhabitants so that can be resolved fairly and equitably.
